Roger Green, Jr. is a pastor, business leader, educator, author, and leadership strategist committed to developing people, strengthening organizations, and transforming communities.
He serves as the Senior Pastor of Prayer & Deliverance Tabernacle in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he is leading the church into its next generation of ministry with a focus on biblical teaching, discipleship, healthy families, leadership development, community impact, and Kingdom advancement.
Building upon the legacy established by his parents and ministry founders, Bishop Roger Green, Sr. and Dr. Connie Green, Roger is passionate about honoring a strong foundation while developing the systems, leaders, and strategies necessary for continued growth.

Roger brings decades of experience in business, real estate, education, coaching, public speaking, and organizational leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combining formal business education with extensive practical leadership experience.
As a longtime real estate professional and educator, Roger has helped countless individuals grow in their understanding of business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and real estate.
He is also a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach and has spoken, trained, or presented for corporations, professional associations, educational institutions, churches, and community organizations across the country.
His audiences have included organizations such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Alight Solutions, the Congressional Black Caucus, the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice, and Essence Cares.
